Virginia Lopez

Virginia Lopez graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.  Prior to attending college, Ms. Lopez served in the United States Army (1985 – 1989) and the United States Army Reserves (1990 – 1993).  She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Ms. Lopez is the owner and principal of the Law Offices of Virginia Lopez.  She has an extensive civil litigation background and focuses a major portion of her practice in California lemon law and automobile sales finance matters.  She has represented clients throughout California and strives to insure clients are informed of the legal process from beginning to conclusion.

Ms. Lopez is an active member of several legal and civic organizations.  She is a founding board member of the Escondido Public Library Friends of Literacy Services which works to promote adult literacy.
